Personal Fitness requires students to participate in weekly cardiovascular, flexibility and strength, and endurance activities. Students who are unable to participate in such physical exercises will be unable to complete the requirements of this course. Personal Fitness is designed to give students the knowledge and desire to establish personal health and fitness programs. The course provides safe, challenging, and enjoyable activities that will allow students to assess and evaluate their lifestyles.
