11/28/18 — Technical Difficulties in Select Professional Learning Courses (Professional Courses,

11:00 a.m. We have identified a technical issue affecting select courses in our Professional Learning Portal that prevents recording of course progress and prevents users from moving forward in course modules.  Currently, the courses affected by this issue include:

  • Essential Practices in Early Literacy (All modules)
  • MiExcel Coaching
  • Changing Minds to Address Poverty in the Classroom
  • Differentiated Instruction: Maximizing Learning for All
  • ILC: Implementing Effective Instruction

If you are currently enrolled in one of these courses, please refrain from working in your course at this time, as there is no way for us to record your progress and give you credit for completing modules. Once the issue has been resolved, we will contact you to let you know that you are safe to resume moving forward with your coursework.

We believe this issue to have occurred as a result of a November 22nd upgrade to our software. We are currently working diligently with the software provider to fix this issue as soon as possible.
