About This Course

Gifted students have special needs for instruction and benefit from increased rigor in the expectations of their assessments. This assessment models course will teach you about the three types of assessments (pre, formative, and summative) and discuss the importance of differentiating rigor, especially when assessing your gifted students. You will learn ideas for creating tests and administering varied assessments to your students with a plan for implementation in your classroom. The course comes with 17 templates and samples to guide you in the design of your assessments and support the growth and progress of your gifted students in your classroom.
