MDE Mentoring and Induction Online Module Course: Teacher Practices

This course prepares experienced educators to serve as effective mentors for new teachers. Participants will examine mentoring and coaching practices, relationship-building strategies, educator well-being, inclusive learning environments, and evidence-based instructional supports. Through reflection and application activities, mentors will develop the knowledge and skills needed to guide professional growth, strengthen retention, and support successful teaching and learning outcomes for all students.
