MDE Mentoring and Induction Online Module Course: Foundations and Structures

This course prepares school leaders to design, implement, evaluate, and sustain high-quality mentoring and induction programs that support the success of new practitioners. Participants will explore Michigan Mentoring and Induction Standards, develop systems for continuous improvement, foster supportive school cultures, clarify participant roles, and align mentoring efforts with district goals. Leaders will also learn strategies for securing resources, building stakeholder partnerships, and creating sustainable programs that promote educator growth, effectiveness, and retention.
