About This Course
This course prepares experienced school counselors to mentor and support new counselors. Participants will develop skills in building trusting mentoring relationships, facilitating reflection and goal setting, providing effective coaching and feedback, promoting counselor well-being, fostering positive relationships with school stakeholders, and using data-informed practices to improve student outcomes and support professional growth.
