About This Course
This course prepares school administrators to effectively mentor and support new administrators. Participants will develop skills in building trusting mentoring relationships, providing coaching and formative feedback, promoting administrator well-being and resilience, fostering positive school cultures and collaborative partnerships, and using data-informed instructional leadership practices to improve teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
