DLN: Instructional Leadership Through Observation & Feedback

Strengthen your ability to support teacher growth through meaningful observation, feedback and coaching. In this hands-on capstone course, instructional leaders move beyond traditional evaluation to engage in a complete evidence-based coaching cycle focused on trust, reflection and continuous improvement. Participants will establish a coaching partnership, conduct focused observations, analyze objective evidence, connect instructional practice to student learning, lead reflective coaching conversations and develop actionable feedback and growth plans. The course culminates in a Leadership Portfolio that demonstrates competency in using observation and coaching practices to support stronger teaching and learning.
