College Counseling: Effective Meetings with Juniors

About This Course

Juniors are interested and excited about the college exploration process, but what's the best way to guide them? This course will teach you how to provide highschool juniors with the information they need in a way that makes them eager to take the next steps in their search, all in an effective, efficient framework. With planning and resources, you will be able to find ways to create opportunities to talk with juniors about college preparation in ways that are meaningful and individualized. This course is part of the College Counseling series.

In this course, you will:

• Understand the best practices in conferencing with juniors,
• Develop an effective plan for running effective individual meeting with juniors,
• Create tools to build upon a successful communication plan for junior meetings, and
• Produce programming to supplement successful junior meetings.
