Reflection is a necessary and beneficial part of ensuring school improvement, continued growth and improving literacy school-wide. In this course, you will provide evidence in the form of self- and teacher-reflections that demonstrate you have implemented your Literacy Action Plan. You will submit two reflections based on your Literacy Action Plan implementation; one from a leadership team member (not yourself), and the other from the administrator (you). This is the third and final micro-credential on your pathway to the digital Leadership & Literacy badge.
In this course, you will:
- Provide examples of teacher-administrator collaboration to develop school-wide systems,
- Engage in self-reflection using a template related to the implementation of your Literacy Action Plan,
- Document practices that worked well in your school, and
- Provide the evidence to earn your “Leadership & Literacy Part 3 – Reflection” micro-credential.
