Clearinghouse: Submit Output File

Introduction:

At the end of each month, an updated export will need to be generated from bibliographic software. This process describes how to submit that output file for the purpose of updating resources in the Research Clearinghouse.

Details:

  1. First, open email software such as Microsoft Outlook or Gmail to create a new message.
  2. Next, place “[email protected]” in the To field.
  3. Then attach the output file to the message.
  4. Finally, click Send to deliver the message. Once uploaded, expect to receive a confirmation email.
