View Student’s Historical Records

Intended Audience: Affiliation Users

Introduction:

The Student Learning Portal (SLP) provides affiliation users with the ability to quickly view a student’s historical profile, enrollment and login records. This process describes how to locate those records.

Details:

  1. First, select Students from the top menu bar.
  2. Next, tap the linked name in the “Student” column.
The Active Student page is displaying a table containing a list of active students within their affiliation. An arrow points to the linked name in the Student column.
  3. As a result, the selected students information will display. To view student profile and enrollment logs, tap Student Log from the left navigation menu.
  4. After that, select an option from the Period and Type drop-down fields to narrow your results.
  5. Next tap the Get Data button to adjust the results in the grid.
The Student Log page shows two sections, search criteria, which contains two drop-down fields, period and type, and a Get Data button. An arrow points to the Get Data button. Below is a table containing the records associated with the students activities in the Student Learning Portal.
  6. To review student login records, click Logins in the left navigation menu.
  7. Begin by hovering over the highlighted dates to display the number of logins for this student.
  8. Then select a highlighted date to display an hourly breakdown of the logins and the number of logins between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  9. Finally, select the highlighted hour in the "Hourly Breakdown" area to show the logins within that hour.
The logins page displays icons representing the calendar year. Highlighted dates indicate logins for that day. If selected an hourly breakdown grid will show the hours of the day. Each highlighted hour can be selected to show logins within that hour. Arrows point from the day to the hour and the hour to the timestamp.
