SLP: Identify Students Not Logging In

The first iteration of the No Access widget has been released to Mentors and Affiliation users with dual roles. Please note that features and functionality of the page are subject to change as we focus on improvements that will benefit our customers.

Mentors will need the ability to identify students who have not logged into their course in a week or more. The Student Learning Portal now has a widget to track those students and this process will show how to view it.

  1. First, tap MySLP from the top menu bar. By default, a Dashboard page containing notifications and widgets will be shown.
  2. Next, scroll down the page to locate the BETA – No Access in the SLP in 7 Days.
Note: In the event the widget is not displayed on the Dashboard, feel free to Customize it.
  3. Finally view the students listed within the widget. The table that appears within the widget will display the student’s first name, last name, email address and last login date.
The image shows the BETA No Access widget per the description above.
