No Access Widget

Intended Audience: Mentors, Affiliation Users

Introduction:

As a mentor, it is essential to identify students who are not actively accessing their course content and may be falling behind. The "No Access" widget on the mentor dashboard in the Student Learning Portal (SLP) displays a list of students who have not logged in for the past 7 days. This process outlines how to access this list and take necessary action to support these students.

Details:

  1. First, tap MySLP from the top menu bar. By default, a Dashboard page containing notifications and widgets will be shown.
  2. Next, scroll down the page to locate the No Access in the SLP in 7 Days widget.
Note: In the event the widget is not displayed on the Dashboard, feel free to Customize it.
  3. Finally, view the widget information. The first column displays the student’s First Name and the second shows the student’s Last Name. The next column reveals the student’s Email Address and the last column shows the Last Login Date. If more names are needed, use the scroll bar on the right of the widget to display additional students. The image includes a capture of the No Access widget described above.
