SLP: Locate Guardian Information

Introduction:

A student’s account is set up in the Student Learning Portal with at least one guardian assigned for contact purposes. An educator or mentor can view the guardian’s information by performing the steps outlined below.

Details:

  1. First, select the Students tab in the top menu bar.
  2. Next, tap the linked name within the “Student” column to view student information.
    The Active Student page is displaying a table containing a list of active students within their affiliation. An arrow points to the linked name in the Student column.
  3. Then click Guardian Accounts from the left menu.
  4. As a result, the Guardian List will display all associated guardians and contact information for this student.
    The Guardian Accounts page displays the Guardian list in a table format. The columns include, first name, last name, email, phone and username. There is one row displayed with example data that is associated with the example student. Below the table there is an “Add New Guardian” section which includes email, password, first name, last name, Role, and phone number fields. A create button is shown just below.
