PLP: Remove Courses from Cart

Introduction:

Learners my decide against purchasing or enrolling in a course while using the Professional Learning Portal. This process describes how to remove a course from the cart and return to the catalog.

Details:

  1. Start by clicking the Change Courses button at the bottom of the Course Confirmation page.

  2. Next, return to the Course Catalog then click the red “X” located to the left of the course name in the Cart Summary box to remove the course from the cart.

  3. Continue by returning to the Catalog Search process to select an alternate course.
