MOCC: Provide District Code


Michigan’s Online Course Catalog requires all districts to use their entity code when registering for an account. This process describes how an existing district user can provide the code for the district.


  1. First, tap the Entity Management tab at the top of the page.
  2. Next, search for your district by typing the the appropriate text in the Name field and then tapping the Search button.
    Note: By default your district name should appear in the Name column in the table below.

  3. Then look for “Entity Code” located at the top of the Entity View pop-up dialog box.
  4. Finally, document the code and provide it to the appropriate user(s) who would like to register.
