How do I get help with EdReady?
If EdReady was purchased by your school for your student:
- For goal key problems, problems creating an account or logging into an account, problems with course completion or continuance through the goal keys, contact Michigan Virtual Customer Care.
- If EdReady won’t load or there is a technical issue related to the website alone, contact EdReady help on the NROC Website.
If you purchased EdReady through your child’s school:
- For issues with payment or missing goal keys, first contact your student’s school.
- For goal key problems, problems creating an account or logging into an account, problems with course completion or continuance through the goal keys, contact Michigan Virtual Customer Care.
