Blackboard: Change Webpage Text Size

Introduction:

Default fonts in Blackboard courses may be difficult for some students to see. This process describes how to change your text size in your browser controls.

Details:

Chrome:
  1. First, click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Next, select Settings and then click Show advanced settings.
  3. At this point, use the “Font size” drop-down menu in the “Web Content” section to make adjustments.
Internet Explorer:
  1. Begin by selecting Page From the toolbar.
  2. Next, choose Text Size and then select the desired text size.
Firefox:
  1. Start at the menu bar and then choose View.
  2. Next, tap Zoom.
  3. Finally, select Zoom Text Only.
Safari
  1. First, select View from the toolbar.
  2. Then choose Make Text Bigger, Make Text Normal Size, or Make Text Smaller.
